FKI USA’s 100,000 sq ft Texas facility was purchased in 2009 to be capable of providing Best in Class Service and Support for our North American Clients.
The Tool and Die Fabrication Plant (18,000 sq ft) provides new die fabrication, maintenance and modification of existing tooling. FKI has knowledgeable and experienced tool and die makers available to support the most challenging projects. The Texas machine shop has large CNC, wire EDM, grinders, lathe and conventional milling capabilities. The shop is equipped with a 5 ton Bridge Crane and the tool and die assembly area has two 10 ton Bridge Cranes. We can provide die maintenance services and die modifications for dies up to 132” X 60”.
The Stamping Plant (66,000 sq ft) consists of 11 presses from 200 ton to 600 ton and bed sizes of up to 132”x 60”. The plant can process coils of up to 20,000 lbs and 60” in diameter. The feed lines are capable of feeding material from .020” to .250” thickness. The stamping plant commonly runs

Assembly and Integration Services provided at the Texas facility include assembly and integration of metal stampings, weldments, plastic products, harness, and electro mechanical components as subassemblies or finished products.
The Texas facility is located on 11 Acres and provides excellent access to major interstates and rail service. The location is only 20 minutes from DFW and Love Field airports. FKI believes the DFW metroplex provides many excellent logistical benefits. These benefits in conjunction with the pro-business environment that exists in Texas were the key to our decision to make this our home in North America.
