Production Capacity

We Don't Just Stamp Metal. We Machine it.

22-machine production facility inside our Dallas-Ft. Worth facility.
From heavy-duty 50-taper roughing to micron-level finishing.

The Strategy

The "Rougher / Finisher" Philosophy.

We use massive 50-Taper vertical machining centers to “hog out” steel blocks and castings, removing material with brute force and high torque. Then, we move the part to our high speed 40-Taper Okuma Genos finishers. Running at 15,000 RPM, they execute “High-Speed Machining” (HSM) toolpaths to deliver mirror finishes and tight tolerances.

Faster Cycle Times

No wasting precision machine time on roughing cuts.

Lower Part Cost

Optimized tool life reduces overhead.

Superior Finish

Rigid finishing spindles ensure Class-A cosmetics.

Precision Machining

Integrated Workflow

Stop managing two vendors for one part. We perform high-volume drilling, tapping, boring, and facing on all metal components in-house.

Automated tapping for 10,000+ pc runs

Heavy Production Milling

Up to 4-Axis

Built for torque.

Our AWEA 1600 handles parts up to 63″ x 31.5″, capable of machining tough alloys like Inconel, Tool Steel, and Castings.

63″ Travel Capacity

CNC & Manual Turning

Cylindrical Precision

From production pins on our Leadwell CNC to heavy shaft repair on the Monarch Long Bed. We handle both high-volume and high-mix turning.

+/- 0.001″ Tolerance.

The Iron

Technical & Commercial FAQ

Find quick answers to common questions about our machining processes.

Do you perform secondary machining in-house or outsource it?

We are a true single-source partner. We perform secondary machining (drilling, tapping, facing) in-house at our Dallas facility. This eliminates the transit time and markup of a third-party shop.

What is the difference between "Rougher" and "Finisher" machining?

“Roughers” use high torque (50-Taper) to remove material fast. “Finishers” use high RPM (15,000) for perfect surfaces. By separating them, we reduce your part cost and ensure tighter tolerances.

Can you machine castings and forgings?

Yes. Our heavy-duty AWEA and Okuma MC6 machines are geared specifically for the high-torque requirements of machining raw iron castings and steel forgings.

What tolerances can you hold?

We routinely hold ±0.0005” on milled features and ±0.0001” on ground surfaces, validated by our in-house Zeiss CMM lab.

Let's Assess It.
