FKI USA operates under an ISO 9001:2015–certified quality management system. Our QMS is a closed-loop system that governs every stage of the product lifecycle. We use the
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework to proactively identify and mitigate risk
long before production begins, ensuring a smooth launch and stable, long-term supply.
All raw materials are verified against material certifications to ensure they meet the specified grade, temper, and thickness before being released to the production floor.
We use Statistical Process Control (SPC) and in-process checks to monitor critical dimensions throughout the production run, ensuring parts remain in spec from the first piece to the last. Our goal is to maintain a Cpk of ≥1.67 on critical features.
Final inspection verifies that parts meet all dimensional and cosmetic requirements and are packaged correctly to prevent damage during transit.

engineered to protect flawless surfaces from the raw coil to the final carton.
Dies are designed with mirror-polished cavities, nitrogen gas springs, and specialized
ejectors to eliminate witness marks and protect surfaces in-press.
We implement custom handling protocols, protective films, and purpose-built fixtures to
prevent scratches, dings, or marring during secondary operations and transport.
Every cosmetic part undergoes a final visual inspection under controlled lighting to ensure
it meets the defined Class-A criteria before packaging.
