  • EAU & Release Cadence: Prototype, SR/LR/HV; pallets/kanban if applicable
  • Critical-to-Quality (CTQs) & Tolerances: GD&T, cosmetic class (Class-A)
  • Docs: PPAP level, FAI/CMM needs
  • Packaging & Labeling: Returnables, custom dunnage, barcodes.
  • Target Dates: RFQ due, first-article, start of production
