Our fleet includes presses up to 600 tons with massive 132-inch beds and 20,000 lb coil lines to handle heavy-gauge materials (up to 0.250″ thick). Our 18,000 sq. ft. in-house toolroom is your insurance against downtime. We are not reliant on third-party tool shops. We design, build, and maintain 100% of our production tooling. Our “Closed-Loop Die Repair” process means a line-down crisis can be solved in 24 hours, not weeks.

Design, Tooling & DFM

Your project’s success is determined before production begins. Our US-based engineers act as your partners, providing full Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to optimize your part for high-volume productionWe run digital simulations to validate the stamping process, eliminating months of costly physical trials. We then build, maintain, and repair your production tooling in our 18,000 sq. ft. in-house toolroom, giving you complete control and mitigating all tooling-related risks.

Manufacture, Assemble & Deliver

We are a true contract manufacturing partner. We handle the entire BOM, from high-volume precision metal stamping on our 600-ton presses (with global access to 2,000 tons) to plastic injection molding for enclosures. Our IPC-A-610 compliant electro-mechanical assembly teams integrate all components into a final “box build”. We manage the full logistics, delivering kitted, line-ready products to your JIT/Kanban schedule.

Can you help with Design for Manufacturing (DFM)?

Yes. Our engineering team uses simulation software to analyze your CAD files before tooling begins. We optimize your design for our specific equipment to reduce material waste and ensure feasibility.

What volumes are you best suited for?

We are optimized for high-volume production. Our facility features high-speed progressive die presses (up to 150 SPM) and moving assembly lines designed for scale. However, we also have cellular manufacturing for complex, high-mix/low-volume industrial builds.

Are you ITAR compliant?

Yes, FKI USA is ITAR compliant. We have the protocols in place to handle sensitive defense-related drawings and components for the aerospace and military sectors.

Do you handle the entire "Box Build" or just the metal parts?

FKI USA is a turnkey contract manufacturer. We handle the entire “Box Build,” including sourcing third-party components (fans, power supplies, cables), plastic injection molding and final electro-mechanical assembly and testing.

How does your "Global-Local" model reduce my risk?

You contract with FKI USA in Texas. We handle all engineering, legal, and quality accountability domestically. You get the cost savings of our Asian factories without the headaches of language barriers, time zones, or unverified quality standards. We are your domestic firewall.
